Unable to Delete 0 byte Folder

I have a folder that is 0 byte size. When trying to delete it I am told 'Could not find this item' and the delete is unsuccessful. Have tried a programme called 'Eraser' but this did not work either.

    Advice would be appreciated.

It may be a system folder and zero bytes does not neccessarily mean it is empty or used for something.

    Path of Folder

The 'Item not Found' Popup states the folder is no longer located in 'D:\Downloads\Torrents\Completed' where it actually is. This folder was originally created by me.

    Open a Command Prompt.
    Enter d:
    Enter cd D:\Downloads\Torrents
    Enter dir
Does the Torrrents directory show up? If so, enter cd torrents, see if you can actually change into that directory.

If yes, enter cd .. (that's cd dotdot) then rmdir torrents /s

See what that does for you.
    >rmdir /?
    Removes (deletes) a directory.

    RMDIR [/S] [/Q] [drive:]path
    RD [/S] [/Q] [drive:]path

/S Removes all directories and files in the specified directory
in addition to the directory itself. Used to remove a directory
    tree.

/Q Quiet mode, do not ask if ok to remove a directory tree with /S
