I would suggest flashing bios if you haven't done that before. Also that temps are too high with that cooling system that you have.

I suggest you to check the cpu heat sink, maybe something is wrong with it.

Hi! I have this problem with Asus p5q3 motherboard my system temp goes up to 60-70(celsius) and cpu (intel core 2 quad q9550) temp is low as 30-40(celsius). So how can system temp be that high?

Hello all. Just wondering if my system temp was too high. In cpuid Hardware Monitor under temperatures my system is at 86degrees celcius. Just asking because occasionally my computer freezes and it shows nothing in the event viewer. Thanks for reading this and hopefully you can help.
