Is it possible to span and mirror 4 HDDs?

So I have 4 2TB HDDs. At the moment, I have them paired off and mirrored through Windows 7 Disk Management. So Disk 1 and Disk 2 are mirrored and act as A:, and Disk 3 and Disk 4 are mirrored and act as B:. (Disk 0/C: is an SSD and is not involved in my question)

This is great for my backup needs, but it would be great if I could also have them spanned so that I really only have an A:. For example, it would be nice to have one "Movies" folder instead of having one in both A: and B:. Certain programs can't handle virtual folders and they don't combine the libraries, so I end up having to look up movies in two places.

Is there any reliable way to both mirror and span at the same time, and be able to recover reliably?

It's called RAID 10 and you would have to have a controller (either standalone or on your motherboard) which supported this configuration.

Or mount the drives in a suitable NAS unit...

Ah, bummer, I'll leave it the way it is then. I thought maybe just doing it in Disk Manager in the right order could do it, but alas. Thanks for the replies guys.
