Is it too late to save my PC? Sfc looks pretty bad..

I am a 30 year old male in school just starting to learn all the hardware and software about pc's and after my media wouldn't stream to my TV today, I messed with it for hours before I tried the SFC and I am attaching it as I don't know if I should make a back up and re install. I don't really want to but I have another 64 bit Win 7 disc. I don't have any experience with the SFC, and there are many (it looks that way) corrupt files it couldn't fix, unless I'm reading it wrong. Thanks for any Help.

If you have a win 7 dvd you can run a repair install to fix the problems, You may have to re-install some win 7 updates.
