    it's an hidden system file!! Or it doesn't exist.. I can't see it from here ;-)
    anyway from elevated command prompt:
    reagentc /disable
    then
    reagentc /enable
    then
    bcdedit /enum all
    and post results from last command

    reagentc /enable
    did fix it. (I did let you do reagentc /disable as well. It didn't remove the leftovers however.)
