as you can see the options are grayed out here where I cannot even access them, let alone the other problems I had trying to follow Kaktussoft's suggestions...

But aren`t you already in windows there, isn`t there an option on the boot screen to do a factory restore before it even gets to windows ?
Do you have a Recovery partition ? That`s insane, you paid for a program you can`t even use.
Get on the horn with the manufacturer.
This is another example of why it`s so important to create disk images, it could have saved you here.
I do have a recovery partition, and when I went to F8 -> Repair my computer.... it would just load windows..... after I got done with Kaktussoft's help, I got 2 more options other than windows 7 to boot..... something called bcdedit.....
I took it over to my cousin's house last night hoping he could help, but it was to no avail....... he did pull up some information, NO IDEA HOW HE DOES IT, but he pulled up the windowsre file info and he said some the info was 0'd Out displaying 000000000000 and etc....
Anyone on, still willing to help a little?
I even formatted and got a disk and re-installed and I'm still having issues with "repair my computer" and now having multiple selections upon turning on the computer, instead of just loading windows.......
Hell I will give anyone willing to help, remote access to my pc, if they think they can fix it.....

I stayed up late till about 6am my time.... I seemed to have lost my recovery partition in the process...
The Repair and all work now and I'm not getting multiple boot options now.... I guess thats a plus at least...
Is win7 working fine? Device manager doesnt display any errors? Press f8 on boot. What happens? Post relevant screenshots
