Try going back through all the steps outlined with the new board. Do you have another CPU to test, as a science experiment?

i have done that, and i have only this CPU and some Intel CPU,s (Socket 775) but that is not working on this mainbord.

i have a old AMD sempron 2600+ but its to old for this mainbord.

The computer is still stable and i have unlock the 4e core whit success. But what i say before 'But stil i can not rating, mabey there is nohting to do about it' and indeed, there is nothing to do about it.

If your HDD and ROM drives are all SATA then go into BIOS and change from IDE to AHCI.
Some machines will require a re-boot only and some require a fresh install.
Now run your Windows Experience.
