Sorry, I was going by the "Graphics Card Asus Geforce GT440 (1GB DDR3)" entry in your system specs dor the driver.

Has WEI ever updated before on your computer, or did this just recently started to happen?

If just recently, do you remember what you may have done right before this started?

I hate to say this, but I would recommend to start over with a clean install of Windows 7 with this many errors. It appears that your current installation may be corrupted beyond repair.

When you reinstalled are u sure u did a clean install ( I.e. reformat the hard drive ) if u go with the express or recommended or what ever the option is called windows will install on top of ur current and possible corrupt version.
Pick advanced or custom ( again don't remember what it's called ) it will take u to a screen where u can see all partitions and u can reformat them.
I don't mean to question the fact when u say u have done a clean install a few times now, but I've done many and my most resent on my wife's laptop I wasnt thinking and just did the normal method. It still had problems it had b4 the install. I did it again this time making sure to do clean install and reformat. It now runs like new.

Also if u are sure u did a clean install and still the problem it makes me think maybe something on ur installation disc is wrong. As long as u have ur license key u can download the .iso for ur version from just about anywhere and try that

I will try to research more when I get home and on my pc instead of trying to search with my phone.
I'm very curious of the cause, it bugs the crap out of me when normal things like this that should run but don't.

Im little confused also But we must keep on smiling :P

I swear i have many things try it, search on Google for hours and days.

One possible cause of the error detailed above is that the BIOS SMBIOS fields contain strings which have one or more 'illegal' characters in them. SMBIOS strings may contain such information as System Vendor, System Serial number, etc. If one of these contains a non-standard character (such as an UP-ARROW character) then WinSAT treats this as a fatal error and aborts. Thus Windows Experience Index cannot be calculated for the system.

WinSAT (Windows Experience Index) system rating will not run (Windows Vista / Microsoft Windows 7)..

Not funny at all this strange thing.

I go to setup a Ubuntu installation and use Win 7 only for my games. I search now for weeks i have many time spent on this strange error.

    Edit:

I install later Ubuntu (duel-boot) i gonna ignore WEI and Event viewer, what else can i do? Totally nothing

    Yes more more more:

One error in your log points to the CPU, it could be bad and causing all the issues.

Also AVG products have been know to cause issues on Windows 7. Try removing it and installing MS Security Essentials, link in my sig. This will be to test, if you still can't rate your PC, put AVG back on, remove MSE and try to get a new CPU and test it.

Since it's a new build go through the entire system and re-check all of your wiring, we all can make mistakes there, such as a power connection not fully connected.

    Hi Britton.

Whea loggers are not anymore in my event-viewer for the last 48 hours (i have done a clean 'again' install of Windows ultimate 64 bit. So the CPU is fine.

about AVG i had a week ago Avira on my computer the same problems.

When i install Windows and install only the needed drivers i get the same problems (and then i have not install a anti virus program) its always the same error.

    "ERROR: cannot process assessment results
cannot load XML data from a string
An invalid character was found in text content.
    From Interface msxml6.dll:IXMLDOMDocument2"
then you probably have an incorrect BIOS SMBIOS string on your mainboard.
WinSAT (Windows Experience Index) system rating will not run (Windows Vista / Microsoft Windows 7)

The Windows Experience Index (WEI) is calculated by a benchmark utility called WinSAT (Windows System Assessment Tool) which is a part of Windows Vista / Windows 7. This can be run during a Windows installation, after the first boot of a new computer, by the user manually re-running it via Control Panel, 're-run the assessment' link or by running a WinSAT command from the command console.
