Try going back through all the steps outlined with the new board. Do you have another CPU to test, as a science experiment?

i have done that, and i have only this CPU and some Intel CPU,s (Socket 775) but that is not working on this mainbord.

i have a old AMD sempron 2600+ but its to old for this mainbord.

If your HDD and ROM drives are all SATA then go into BIOS and change from IDE to AHCI.
Some machines will require a re-boot only and some require a fresh install.
    Now run your Windows Experience.
