    Easy Question- Win Mem test

    Hi Everyone, Shawn and Co.

I'm just curious as to where to find the Windows 7 built in

Memory tester?? Pretty simple, I'd think

I have to work on my profile, etc soon, I have a whole new RIG'

    P55 FTW MoBo-EvGa

    8 gig's of Ripjaw ram 1600- GsKill

NV 550ti 2 GIG video Card @900 cc- EvGa

i7 Intel CPU 4XQuad 860 (will OC soon. or not, seems plenty fast as is)

tx750 Corsair PSU (same as before, great PSU)

2x WD Caviars running raid_0 plus one Tara-byte WD Drive, non raid. so 1.5 T total.

and other assorted goodies, Cooler Master V-8 looking CPU fan. And so on..

Anyway great to see you all again!!

    Thanks Danny~

It was where you said, however it won't come up until you/me drop the "S"

at the end, so it's not :: "Windows Memory Diagnostics" but rather "Windows Memory Diagnostic".

Other than that it works fine there are 3 different settings for said test. via F1 key, at least in Win 7 Ulta.

Which I run, though I'm sure all versions have it? The three are (may not be exact wording)

1:: Quick, 2:: Basic and 3:: Advanced, something to that effect. My sys did fine (mem) so Thank You

always wondered where it was, LOL!!

    Thanks Again Dan.
