I just tested it in Sleep and Hibernate, both in Hybrid and not, with an unsaved Word Document, Notepad and Seven Forums post left open on the desktop. It was incorrect of me to say that these are "saved" during Sleep or Hibernation, and I only meant it in the sense that they are still there on the desktop exactly as I left them. But the files have not been Saved until I then go on to Save them nor did I really expect them to be.
Thank you for pointing out how I have been incorrectly describing this by loosely using the word saved.
Since Hybrid sleep issavingwriting the work both to the RAM and HD to guard against power loss to RAM, I wonder why anyone would not use it. Hiberfile size?
