laptop working slow

hello everyone, am quite new to this forum
need an urgent help please help me fellow
i hav an hp pavillion dv6 6121tx laptop it has windows 7 ultimate, i7 processor, 4gb ram 2gb graphics, 600gb hard drive
instead of this configuration i am getting extremely slow speed my system works slow not all the times but sometimes
my logon process takes too much of time
when am browsing the internet i get stuck some times
while watching movies the movies get stopped and again starts after some time
even when am playing any mp3 song this happens
some times some processess takes too long to start like if i double click vlc media player it starts after one or two minutes
i puchased this laptop last year july and am facing this problem from last december
And one more thing i do a lot of downloading some people says me that excess of downloading makes the processor slow is it true if yes how can it be fixed
please help me as soon as possible

Please provide us with your Event Viewer administrative logs by following these steps:


Click Start Menu
Type eventvwr into Search programs and files (do not hit enter)
Right click eventvwr.exe and click Run as administrator
Expand Custom Views
Click Administrative Events
Right click Administrative Events
Save all Events in Custom View As...
Save them in a folder where you will remember which folder and save as Errors.evtx
Go to where you saved Errors.evtx
Right click Errors.evtx -> send to -> compressed (zipped) folder

In particular get the Clean Boot given in the first steps so you can see if a program is interfering.

If this doesn't help then work through these standard troubleshooting steps leading up to possible Repair Install or the greatly superior Clean Reinstall - Factory OEM Windows 7 to which SeaVixen refers.

i have uploaded the file please check what is the problem

You have countless errors which state to run Disk Check on all partitions. You would have already done this if you'd followed my self-help troubleshooting steps to study repeat errors.

If a lot of problems are found run the HD maker's HD Diagnostic extended CD scan. You can determine the HD by looking at it, or googling the model number given in Device Manager under Disk drives.

Back up your files and a Win7 backup image first.
