Windows Internet Time Error Saving Settings from System Tray

Hello guys,

Im having some weird problems in Windows 7.
I wanted to change the Intenet Time Synchronization but it wont let me when I changed it from system tray,
but If i do it via Control Panel > Date & Time, Its fine..

Here's a video demonstration for you to understand what i mean. Hope you can help me fix this issues.

Nevermind. I Repair Install my Windows 7. Now all things are working fine...
I did repair install because SFC also having problems which I cannot find also a solution.
