Safe to delete System queued Windows error reporting files?

I used WizTree to take a look at the files that are taking up the most space on the hard drive, and in the C:\Windows\Temp folder there are 135 files with the name "cab_" followed by a number. Disk cleanup shows nearly 6GB of temporary Windows installation files, files discarded by Windows upgrade and Windows upgrade logs. Are all of these safe to delete? PS - I recently upgraded from vista.
