Aero Lag on good system!

Try setting your resolution down to 1024 reboot and see if you still have lag. If you do not then you will know where the issue is for sure.

I believe that this may be the issue because graphics cards start to get stressed as the resolution is increased and not necessarily how graphics intensive something is.

Basically if your gaming at 800x600 you can crank all the settings to max even in some of the most intense games however at a higher resolution you need to start scaling back your settings so that the card can handle rendering them at such high resolution.

Since aero is very graphics heavy I would imagine you have the same problem. The higher the resolution the harder it taxes your card. And with only 512mb of vram on the card this could very well be your problem.

So give my suggestion a try and see what happens. If this is not the issue then we can look at other possibilities.

Sorry but I must disagree. 512 MB of VRAM is A LOT!!! 1280x1024 Resolution is not high, and aero is not as demanding as I Crysis i suppose? And Aero is not grahics heavy! Beacuase and can play this game very well.

At a minimum, the manufacturer can optimize a system for use with a particular OS by selecting components compatible with each other and that meet the design requirements of the OS - to include ample power and power distribution.

Perhaps the manufacturer did not qualify the design requirements to the degree necessary.

I finally resolved my problem!
Reason of the lag is too little VTT FSB and VTT ICH in the bios settings!

you just added more voltage to the fsb and the South bridge?

I was wrong! This is not voltages! Lag was caused by "Multi step OC booster" option enabled in BIOS, while FSB was raised to 300 Mhz. When this option was disabled (even with FSB set to 300 MHz) lag disappeared! But according to manual this option was desgined to help for OC!
