Can you keep file dates from changing when moving folder to folder

Every time I move a file from one folder or directory to another...the destination folder shows the date and time of the current activity and the original file creation date/time is lost ? Is there a way to move/copy files from one folder to another...or one drive to another...without having the destination file's properties updated to the current date and time ?

    Thanks....TRinAZ

If you move within folders on the same drive the date and time are preserved. If you move from one drive to another the create date changes.

A google search indicates RoboCopy can do this (or at least I think that's what it was saying).
