Cores shooting up to 100% as soon as I turn on the PC

Hello there. First time posting here.

I turned on my PC and I saw this.
Now I have a good cooler and I'm not scared but the temperature keeps going up with 1-2* celsius every 20 minutes.

I tried ending procceses that I don't need. It didn't help.
Any idea what I could do ?

    Specs:
    CPU : i7 2600k 3,5mhz
    GPU : nvidia GTX 580
    MOBO : Asrock P67PRO3

If you need anything else just tell me. Please help I've been going through a thread here but that didn't help me out.

One thing I forgot to mention.
I just restarted my computer and when I pressed Shut Down I got a BSOD 0x0000000f4.

I fixed it. Didn't really need your help I posted because I was desperate.

For the people that google this right now.

    HOW TO FIX :

Windows Task Manager>Performance>Resource Monitor>CPU>Sort by Average CPU
For me it was a minerd.exe I don't know what that is but just end process tree on the thing taking up 90+ of your cpu.
