    Primary Volume Shrinking Problem

I have 33gb free in my C:, which is main system volume. I want to shrink it down but when i try to do so it shows 0mb available to shrink.
I disabled pagefile on C: and moved to D:, also i deleted shadow copies and restore files and disabled hibernate option so that i can remove hibernate.sys.
But still it is showing 0mb available to shrink.

Use another program, such as Partition Wizard. See option 3 in this tutorial:

    I got the problem,
    Here is the defrag log:
    Code:
A volume shrink analysis was initiated on volume (C:). This event log entry details information about the last unmovable file that could limit the maximum number of reclaimable bytes.

     Diagnostic details:
     - The last unmovable file appears to be: \$BitMap::$DATA
     - The last cluster of the file is: 0x154e46e
     - Shrink potential target (LCN address): 0xd8adcd
     - The NTFS file flags are: -S--D
     - Shrink phase: <analysis>

To find more details about this file please use the "fsutil volume querycluster \\?\Volume{bf349e21-e352-11df-8c57-806e6f6e6963} 0x154e46e" command.
It is this file Bitmap on cluster 0x154e46e which is causing problem. Do u know how to remove it.
