    Is WIN7 Defragmenter Good Enough?

    Hi All,
I've been using PerfectDisk Defragmenter for some years, and I think the Ver.12.5 is getting more bloated than I'd like. My question is whether the WIN 7 Defragmenter is considered good enough to get the job done. Thanks in advance. :)

it's enough for most users but for me i rather use a 3rd party defragmenter but that's just me.

i haven't used anything but the built in tools for years. I rarely ever defrag, it just does it in the background and that's good enough for me.

Windows & automated defragger works very well and arranges files as 7 wants them to be. It is automatic so I don't ever worry about it.
Some people, myself included, use Puran Defrag for optimizing boot files.

Thanks to all for the info. I will use WIN 7 defrag in the future. :)

Use the Windwos 7 disk defragmenter. Microsoft knows the Windows filesystem better than ANY third parties.
