Anyone have an idea what i causing this error message?

By the way, task manager package is not installed and we don't want it to be installed as well.

Hi, Welcome to SevenForums,
I'm a bit confused, you say you don't have Taskmanager installed, but the message that a registry value for it can't be obtained 'Get Registry Value Taskman Failed' seems a puzzle.
Perhaps I'm taking the simplistic view.
