    Hello Asrok
Did you check with SFC /SCANNOW
SFC /SCANNOW Command - System File Checker[2]=Performance Maintenance
Or did you run a SYSTEM REPAIR
    Startup Repair[2]=Performance Maintenance
Or did you ran an antimalware program?
    Good luck

Don't be upset like you are , Do you have an extended warranty for the computer? You can ask your retailer about the problems you'r facing or you can visit the support forum of asus or you have to wait the responses from other members.

It's hard to help you when you're only interested in venting. If you bought a computer with Win7 preinstalled then the problem could as easily be the computer hardware as the MS OS. It could also be the effect which all of the preinstalled junk that comes with today's computers has on Win7 which many feel is the best OS ever.

If you are interested in getting the best reinstall of Win7 then I would not use the Factory Recovery disks loaded with corrupting bloatware but would instead Clean Reinstall - Factory OEM Windows 7.

If you do use Recovery Disks then after recovery use these steps to Clean Up Factory Bloatware - Windows 7 Forums

If you really think Bill Gates and Microsoft are the problem, feel free to download Linux and install that instead.

No, if you apply some common sense, the manuufacturers warranty the hardware...not what you do to the software over time. If I drive my 325xi into a tree, it is hardly the fault of BMW, right?

The simple solution in your case is to do a clean install. Back up your data, download an .iso file from the MyDigitalRiver site, and do a clean install. Then you'll need to install updated drivers, and your system will be running better than it ever did before. Problem solved.

Most likely, your issues were caused by software conflicts.

You don't have to go that route, assuming you have a legit key.

You could download the proper .iso for your license key and do a clean install. Install the latest drivers, and you are running better than ever before.
