    Uninstall those programs.

    Then reinstall them.

    Don't use TuneUp Utilities.

Reinstall it again and look for some "undo changes" option?

If you reported it before uninstalling TuneUp , it would be easier to fix.

I doubt only a Repair Install can fix it. Uninstalling and reinstalling the programs cannot be able to fix, coz it damaged the system upto very deep.

In future, never use any of the TuneUp like utilities .

See if you have a System Restore point from the time before you made these changes with TuneUp Utilities. If so, use it.

If not establish a clean boot to make sure nothing remaining in msconfig>Services or >Startup is conflicting: Troubleshooting Steps for Windows 7.

However Daemon Tools has other problems with Win7, and Google Chrome is spyware so I'd use Firefox instead if you don't like IE9.

I use Tune up Utilities but not for registry errors or any type of correction simply because it lets you change log on screens and boot screens other then that it is pretty useless

I don't use the download managers as they're not really needed. Everything else looks fine.

You'd need to Clean Reinstall - Factory OEM Windows 7 to change to 64 bit as you're entitled to do with each Win7 license. If you have more than 4gb RAM I would consider this. Keep in mind that some RAM is reserved for hardware. To check this type Resource Monitor in Start Search box, click the Memory tab, look at graph.
