1. I see you have Bonjour. That is a trouble maker. I would uninstall it.
2. Your Disk layout is strange. The bootmgr is on G. There are 2 empty little partitions. Your C partition is pretty full and is logical plus your stick has an active partition.
Work through these Troubleshooting Steps for Windows 7 to establish a clean boot, check logs for repeat error clues, utilize System Resources to find and solve problems.
Most important is to end the freeloaders starting with Win7. You want to be their master, not afraid of them. If you have a question about a listing, google it. But nothing needs to start with Win7 except a lean AV like MSE, gadgets/stickies if you use them, a messenger you absolutely need running at boot.
I cannot say for certain what will happen to GRUB if you repair Win7.
GRUB can corrupt Win7 beyond repair so it's best to either have Win7 on a separate HD booted via the BIOS and untouched by GRUB, or to use this method to Dual boot Ubuntu-Win7
