How to gain permanent permission to change folders

    Hi all,
OK I'm a dummy I try to delete redundant folders, i.e. games, and get the message "You require permission to perform this action". Then i fiddle around in properties/security until I can delete whatever it is. Is there a way to set it so I always have control and can stop asking Bill's permission to bugger up my computer if I want? Thanks
