Few errors popping up

I got some problems with my Windows 7.

1. My WEI doesn't work.
I get System Rating is not available. When I run the assessment it does all the tests and then the rating page is empty. Two errors in winsat.log:
8407564 (2200) - winsat\processwinsaterror.cpp:0095: ERROR: tried to read resource strings, unknown exception occured
8408812 (2200) - winsat\logging.cpp:1763: ERROR: pahse enter/leave imballance

2. Task Scheduler gives me error:
"Task SvcRestartTask: The task image is corrupt or has been tampered with"

3. SFC /scannow.
Verification 100% complete.
Windows Resource Protection found corrupt files but was unable to fix some of th
Details are included in the CBS.Log windir\Logs\CBS\CBS.log. For example

CBS.log attached.

Can anybody help me getting rid of those errors and getting stuff to work again?

I managed to get rid of problem number 1 by uninstalling and reinstalling AMD drivers.
Problem number 2 seems to come from OfficeSoftwareProtectionPlatform even tho I have removed Office 2010 long time ago (using Office 2007 right now).

EDIT: I also managed to get rid of error number 2. I just manually removed the OSPP folders from C:\Windows\System32\Tasks. Not sure if it's right to do so but I don't know.

Seems that problem number 3 comes from Atiman Uninstaller. I've read from that it messes up system files. Tho the question is how to repair them.
