It started before I started using Bit defender, bit defender actually works great, its really strange, idk what it is that's causing the problem. I've been thinking it might be a hardware issue, like my hard drive, but my computer runs flawlessly 95% of the time, it's just randomly it will decide to do this, it has always been soon after a major update to windows 7, that might be it... but why would it only happen to my computer?

Some days ago my computer suddenly hanged so I restarted it but still soon after win7 boots up, it hanged again.
I tried to open it in safe mode but same issue.I was also using those updates.
So
I open task manager and found that explorer.exe is using 99% of cpu for some unknown reason.

I was unable to fix it so I reinstalled win 7.

Not as simple as the title makes it seem. I've been struggling with this problem for months. The way this works is, when playing a game, every three to six minutes, sometimes more, sometimes less, I'll experience visual slowdown for roughly 15-30 seconds. Sound remains fine, but the...

Windows 7 Slowdown
Hello again. My Windows-7 seems prone to slow down to a crawl if I neglect to clear out temporary files and so on regularly (CCleaner, Glary Utils etc). My XP machines do not seem to suffer from this problem. Is it my install of Windows-7, or is this a common problem? By slow down I...

Hi there, I have been having very bad lag spikes and they last for a few minutes. It is so bad that everything slows down and the actions take places after some seconds. I think it might be my wireless connection but the weird thing is instead of internet slowing down the whole comp slows down....
