    Right click on the taskbar.
    Click toolbars.
    If Tablet PC input panel is checked, click it to uncheck it.

    Open the Control Panel, click Ease of Access, click Ease of Access Center, and then click [Use the computer without a mouse or keyboard].

    Remove check next to [Use On-Screen Keyboard] then click Ok at bottom
