From this post:
Win 7 not using all memory
You need to read the comment section of the shell script:
# *************** NOTE - EXECUTION POLICY*********************
# If you haven't set the execution policy, you may need to:
#---Run PowerShell
#---enter SET-EXECUTIONPOLICY -EXECUTIONPOLICY REMOTESIGNED
# *********************************************************
Edit: I know this because the same thing happened to me until I read the comment section
And I don't have a clue why you have the value that you do for hardware reserved - so I'll not speak to that. I await the wisdom of others. BTW, my hardware reserve is 0MB, but that is in a VM with no real hardware.
just saw the .txt file containing the info for mem on my desktop.. heheh..
here is a screen shot..
