    annoying Conduit popup

I thought I was carefull whenever I installed something from the web, apparently not.
No idea how that Conduit Ltd. get into my system.
I have uninstalled it via Programs and Features, and I went to Program files (x86) and deleted everything about Conduit, and I went to IE > Tools > Manage Add-ons > and I disabled appbario8 Toolbar.... but
the popup continues to show up and the appbario8 Toolbar gets enabled by itself.

Need help to eradicate the damn thing.

I have CCleaner. Been using it for 3 years in regular basis.

I relented and enabled it when the popup appeared. No more popup since.
    I don't see that " appbario8 toolbar " anywhere either.

    I suppose I don't have a problem after all.

Just to make sure I would run all your malware and spyware software in safe mode with networking doing full scans. If there is any part it left on your system this should remove it completely.

    Thank you.

I run Malwarebytes ( free edition - on demand ) at least once every 2 days.
