    Chkdsk

    Yea, Hi. I just made this account because I figured someone would help me quickly.
    I will try to explain my problem in detail the best I can.
    When I turned on my computer it wanted to do a disk Check.
    I was like alright, but then it told me that There is a program installed that is bad or something like that and it tells me to do system restore. I try to run my system restore
    but it tells me to run a disk check and to schedule one next time I turn on my computer. But the disk check won't even run. It doesn't make any sense to me.
    And all my shortcuts are gone. Their icons look like the picture I attached.
    And Like, it keeps saying everything is a corrupt file

    And Sorry I tried to explain this The best I could. :S I'm not that great.
    And when you explain to me what to do. Do it by step by step Because I'm not that smart. e.e;

    ---Edit I like how 140 people look at this and no one helps.
    man.

    Ps. I'm sorry if the Title is wrong. This is all new to me.

    Let's make sure you're not infected first. Install and run a full scan with Malwarebytes.

    Then if Disk Check won't run as shown in the first option in blue link, run it from System Recovery Options Command Line as shown in second option. I would make a System Repair Disk to do this.

    If you have further problems run a few passes of Startup Repair

    If you lose boot then follow these steps for Troubleshooting Windows 7 Failure to Boot.

    Feel free to ask back any questions and report back what happens after each step as we may have extra steps based on your feedback.
