    Copying and deleting speeds slow


    guys recently my copy speeds have reduced significantly it takes about five minutes to copy 1.4gb within my hard disk.... i have used tera copy but it is still slow .... and copying gets freezed at 5 seconds remaining but after about 3 minutes it closes and files have been copied.... please help me out guys ..... thanx

    You are welcome.

    If you are willing - just as a test - uninstall Kaspersky - then install MSE.

    My thinking is that an update to Kaspersky might have impacted things for the worse.

    If Kaspersky won't let you uninstall and re-install without paying again, then it is time to leave them.

    i uninstalled kaspersky completely ... but still the copy speed is slow and it gets freezed for about 2 minutes when it says "5 seconds remaining"
