    A few ideas to start:

Check the number of running processes and RAM usage through Task Manager and Resource Monitor.

Check msconfig startup tab to see how many things are running at startup.

    Scan with something like Malwarebytes.

    Test memory with Memtest86+

Test hard drive with checkdisk or drive manufacturer's downloadable utility

Possibly swap in known good components in case memory or hard drive is failing.

Im 100% positive that my pc is clean i did everything you say and it seems normal. This all started when i was playing a game of counter strike, got tired and took a break, when i log back into my computer i went on to youtube but then google chrome stopped working and my entire pc started freezing for no reason at all, i really hope it isnt a hard ware failure but im going to do a clean reinstall to see if that might solve the issue.

Which parts did you swap in to replace existing parts?

How many passes of MemTest86+ have you done in the last hour?
