quick scan is NOT sufficient. Run a full scan over all drives.

After full scan is complete, then let me know and I'll show you how to upload the results.

Now i have downloaded the correct 64 bit WDO and it worked fine when i restarted the laptop using boot from usb.. I will post he results for it later tonight or tomorrow after i get that job completly done...

Just let me know that i should perform a complete or quick scan would be fine for it...
Also, is there also any record or file saved by WDO after it performs cleaning and the problems it countered .. Just that i can even show it / upload the results file here...
If you are no longer running into any errors or experiencing any further blue screens you have already ruled out malware but found the software cause and seen it corrected.

The security sweep now wouldn't be a mandate but an option. It won't hurt just the same while you seem to have solved the original problem.

I told earlier that i updated my itunes for the new version. After the new version was installed
It did not detect the iphone then; so i was constantly making changes to itunes and its related softwares so that it could detect the phone.. I did it as per according to the problems menioned in the help files and forum threads..

As i was doing this ; one place was written to make changes in the registry file which i did and after that when laptop was restarted the blue screen appeared and the computer constantly went into recovery mode wothout curing te problem and starting the windows.. After which i started the computer in the best known configuration settings
Which it started but the dialog boxes has remained since then...

And regarding the spys.sys file i think that is resolved because the latest sfcdetails.txt file i posted above does not show that as corrupited (please check the file in the above posts) the other problem r
Not actually! The first part of my last post was in regards to this post by jarhaj. The original problem is software not malware related which happens to bring the registry into the picture explaining the error message as well as the blue screen experienced.

My reasoning is their is more than one problem.
    1. A batch of Apple programs
    2. Mucking up the registry
    3. Infection
If it was my computer I would scan for infection again. Then again if was my computer numbers one and two would of never happened.

The one thing you will find out fast about ITunes is that there is no hidden bogeys to watch out for! It was likely a bad install jarhaj ended up seeing. A bad or incomplete install will certainly offset some reg items no doubt on that.

If any malware is found with some deep system scans that would explain the bad install to begin with. The problem with that however is the type of malware that would effectively trash an ITunes install would have been noticed before the updated version was even downloaded. Then you would start looking for something as severe as an I-Worm type virus or rogue ware which would have been more obvious.

The security sweep however will still be good for picking up on any minor bugs.

And? That's the big question if WD found anything.

    Here it is :
What I was facing problems in windows were these:

    1) No Text on dialogue Boxes
    2) Windows Update Not working
    3) System REstore also not Working...

First, I did a Quick Scan using WDO.. It did find many Malwares and I cleaned it..Then I started the windows and the windows update was then working though the Problem with the Dialog Boxes still remained... After that the Windows Update did some Installs.. after which the Next time I opened windows.. the Dialoguw Boxes back had texts on them and were working fine....

But, I even after that went for a complete scan using WDO... but the Bluse Screen apperaed when doing complete scans.. I tried that twicw and both times the same thing happened the Blue Screen apperaed..

Now, tell me how can I post here all those results I got from the WDO and the Blue screen errors..

THough two of my problems have been solved .. THe dialogue Boxes texts and Windows Updates... BUt I do not know about the system restore Yet...
