"not applicable" KB972636-x86

im trying to download from standalone updater, and while trying to update "KB972636-x86" i got "not applicable to your computer"

im using win 7 ultimate 32 bit, and after searching some stuff at google, i found out that this update is for internet explorer which is in fact, i have internet explorer.

any help would be very appreciated.

Likely a build number conflict. This update is not provided directly by MS.

The error you are getting is valid.

This is not a warez site. Try a torrent forum.

Wait untill updates are on Windows update, and make sure you are runing the RTM.
No warez/cracks/keys/ect here

FWIW:

A Compatibility View list update is available for Windows Internet Explorer 8: July 21, 2009

if you're using the RTM build the update does not apply to you.
