@Kaktussoft... Sorry bothering you repeatedly. I did it correctly. To be more accurate I did it again. But got the same result. Anyway I am planing to try acronis true image here. Thanks a lot for your time.

@gregrocker... yea probably that is the final solution. I mean I need to use Windows 7 DVD to get the repair your computer option. I needed to roll back a previous system restore point. But in the advanced boot option I never find the "repair your computer" option to go to the recovery console. Then I got afraid and thought what if I needed to perform a system image recovery? I don't have the recovery dvd! That is why I posted here if anyone here knows that. "Kaktussoft" tried to help me. But because of something its not working in my computer.

@Kaktussoft... thanks a lot. I applied reagentc/enable to enable it and it works. but you probably won't believe me that when I highlight repair your computer and hit enter nothing happens. Just windows start normally. I tried twice and got the same result.
In elevated command prompt (told you how to come there)

    Code:
    bcdedit/enum all
    post output
    post that output please

Did you do System Repair Disc - Create already?
It simply puts the "windows recovery environment" (F8-repair your computer) mini-windows on CD/DVD and makes it bootable. Try it.

But if the recovery environment on harddisk is corrupt... DVD doesn't work either. Tell me what happens.

@Kaktussoft... hey you know what? after applying bcdedit/enum all this code something happened to my computer. When I double click to open my computer it opens but no drive no cd drive no documents folder... just nothing... on the left sidebar... its searching everything...! I know it sounds crazy but it is the truth. what happened to my pc and how may I get rid of it? ow there is another thing... it shows another error message that is "com surrogate has stopped working".

This is a problem with having users run complicated code instead of using the automated boot and registry-related Repairs which we settled on since the beginning here.

Boot into System Recovery Options on DVD or Repair CD to System Restore to before you ran the Commands.

If this fails run Startup Repair - Run 3 Separate Times which as I explained earlier is how System Recovery Options are rewritten to the F8 menu as well as many other tests to apply fixes if required, report back results.

The installer needed to do repairs is linked in Step 1 with tool to burn to DVD or write to flash stick in Step 2 of Clean Reinstall OEM

I only adviced you to do some reagentc commands and an bcdedit command. Has nothing to do with this problem! Still having the problem?

    But no block with: identifier {693b8290-cae4-11e1-b671-b0b9e9064054}

The recovery environment (what to load) isn't defined! Did reagentc/disable and/or reagentc/enable give errors?

create a system repair disk and do what Greg told

@Kaktussoft... hey I didn't accused of you for anything. You are helping me a lot. I just meant another problem appeared and just after the applying those codes. That doesn't mean those codes did it. (Sorry for my bad English. Its my second language.) I gooled for com surrogate problem and found this is something related to k-lite codec pack or nero. This is something with dllhost.exe process. I don't have nero and I uninstalled k-lite codec pack. But problem remains. Let me check the video you gave. And reagentc/disable or reagentc/disable neither of them gave error message. They both showed operation successful.

Thanks for the advice and thanks Greg here. I would do. Anyway I installed trial version of Acronis True Image Home 2013. Is that safe to use? I don't want to waste money I mean I don't have a lot. In the backup option of Acronis I have to choose system drive along with the system reserved 100 mb partition isn't it? Thanks in advance.

What do you plan to use Acronis for now? They have a free version if you have any WD or Seagate HD in the mix. Otherwise you can use Win7 backup imaging or free Macrium - Image your system

Is WIn7 working correctly now? Which steps I gave did you complete and what are the results? If you've not yet completed them then do them now and report back.

I would also establish a Clean Boot from Troubleshooting Steps for Windows 7 to get the freeloaders off of Win7's back.

Have you considered a Repair Install?
