Hidden tweaks to improve performance ?

Windows 7 has some tweaks to make the OS more fluid, don't get me wrong, i have a ssd, it runs ok, but i guess the os can be tweaked more, like some regedit tweaks ?

Have a look at these Windows 7 Tips. Found some more Windows 7 Performance Tweaks to keep you busy.

Regular disk de-fragmentation is also a useful tip, you shouldn't allow fragmentation of data to over 10%.

    Hope this helps,

NEVER defrag a SSD, It lowers your Drives life span and its not needed.

I just meant in general, the OP could have a second drive which was a HDD, and many with SSD's owners they do have a HDD for their data storage, due to the expense of purchasing a SSD with a large amount of hard-drive capacity, and also the difficulty of finding a SSD with a large capacity.

Yes indeed but this Topic is about Tweaking Windows 7, not the Storage hard drives.
