    I don't like to recommend to people to delete things that the OP or anybody else really know what they are.

    For all I know, some software create folders with CLSID names because they're associated with the programs, and I've seen cases where people have deleted them and the program uninstaller no longer works.

    Just my two cents
    @Albini
    Can you get us a few of the full folder names? You can't see the full name in your screenshot.
    Good point Injust. The methods I posted in #5 will not remove needed things to the best of my knowledge. It's Windows cleaning Windows and Window 7 doesn't like to hurt itself. If the methods in post #5 leaves them then I would not remove them until I Googled every one of them.

    Both you, and Injust make good points Layback Bear!

    The link Stormy provided explains CLSID's, but there they were discussing WLE, and how most of the Folders were empty.
    With Albini's situation no one really knew where they were from, and they totaled 3GB in size.

    Let's hope he, the OP has a recent restore point if his system starts to act up, but even then that may not be enough depending on what those CLSID's were for.
