    1. If one doesn't know what they are don't remove them.
    2. They are hidden for a reason.
    3. They are app data and if removed many things might not won't work.
    I don't know what they belong to but if it was my computer I wouldn't remove them.
    Can you Google them and find out what they are?

    If they are what I think they are they can all be safely deleted. Those are likely from Live messenger and a new one gets created every time you start it. They also are all likely empty.

    For all I know, some software create folders with CLSID names because they're associated with the programs, and I've seen cases where people have deleted them and the program uninstaller no longer works.

    Just my two cents

    Good point Injust. The methods I posted in #5 will not remove needed things to the best of my knowledge. It's Windows cleaning Windows and Window 7 doesn't like to hurt itself. If the methods in post #5 leaves them then I would not remove them until I Googled every one of them.

    @Albini
    Can you get us a few of the full folder names? You can't see the full name in your screenshot.

    *Gulp*
    I think Albini went ahead and deleted those files following stormy13's advice in post #3 :P
    That's why it's marked as "Solved".

    Hi Albini, welcome to 7F! :)

    Using Stormy's link I found this:
    Version 2012 (Build 16.4.3503.0728) fixes this issue. Download Ver. 12 is now available.

    Not sure how you solved this, there is the outright deletion of the files or using the .vbs script E.F. wrote, but check your version of WLE, if it is an earlier build, updating it should correct your problem.

    Check or force a check of your Windows Updates or you can find it with your search engine; Filehippo, Cnet, softonic has it.
    I don't know why I can't find it anywhere on Microsoft.
