I would probably leave the page file on the OS drive and not RAM (if I used one). I actually don't use the page file system (I've never needed to review a BSoD either).
You can create a memory dump file without a page file BTW

A hotfix is available that enables a Windows 7-based or Windows Server 2008 R2-based computer to create a memory dump file without a page file

I am amazed at some of the mem scores you guys are getting. I don't know, but something must be going on with my mem. my scores are ok, but the types of scores you guys are getting, mine should be right up there too. I have 4 sticks of DDR3-2133 CL9-11-11-31 G Skill Ripjaws, but my scores are only in the 20000 range. I have already upped ghz in the bios to the 2133 because it had defaulted to the 1600. Any other tips to get it running at top specs?

You are probably at the max an AMD system will run as far as scores go. Their memory controllers don't run as well as Intel. I have an Intel and two AMD systems, I'd be proud of those scores, my AMD systems get about 13,000.

I'm on an Intel X79 socket - so quad channel DDR - which has higher bandwidth than a dual or triple channel setup. This could also be contributing ...

That's normal, depends on what's running in the background, AV, services, etc.
