    Jack, that's a small variation and as Dave said normal. If it varies by, say, 4-5 thousand MB/s you may have a problem.

    I would have expected that to run a bit faster Monster, with an Intel system DDR3 1600mhz ram should be at least 15,000 maybe a little more.

    Did you set the ram to the correct speed etc in the bios?

    Just saw your other thread regarding the new ram Monster, according to CPUz its running at 1284mhz, strange speed and you certainly need to check your bios.

    i am trying to figure out settings.. i have set the ram settings in bios to what is on the memory it self.. 9-9-9-24 i am at lost... i am guessing i am missing some setting in the bios. that is holding back the memory...

    Did you increase the FSB? That will affect ram frequency.
