    Laggy computer when logging in

I have Windows 7 Ultimate 32Bit, 3GB RAM, AMD Athlon 64x2 Dual core processor,

Basically computer will load up fast when booting and even logging in, I have changed settings in msconfig to speed boot, BUT if I lock the computer and log back in it takes around 2-3 minutes for the computer to getting running again just a really big lag especially Google Chrome, when I lock the computer I usually have like 5 programs running WMP, Chrome, Email and maybe steam and xfire running in background.

What is problem? Any tips people..

Change the settings back the way they were if you weren't having any problems before hand. Check you temps too. see if it's overheating.

    One at a time

Try running each of the programs you listed, one at a time, to identify which one is causing the problem.
