Temp Folder

There is a temp folder in c:\users\****\appdata\local and it is full of stuff. How does this not get cleaned up when I empty firefox/IE cache?

Windows 10 Pro X64

Because it's not associated with Firefox or IE specifically. Install and run CCleaner, that will take care of it.
