    Win Media Player

    My computer is Dell Dimension 9200. m Intel core 6700 2.66. 4GB ram. 64bit.
When I load Windows media player etc it slows my computer right down. A message often appears warning me that media player is using half my CPU.
    What can i do please?

    Hi,

Go to "OPTIONS" of WMP, click the "LIBRARY" tab, click "MONITOR FOLDERS" button. You'll see a stack of folders it’s monitoring. Tell each folder to ignore however on Vista the \\MUSIC folder can't be ignored and try moving music to a different folder.

You can even refer to the URL mentioned: http://www.brighthub.com/computing/windows-platform/articles/44797.aspx
