Boot time 5-6 minutes & after booting applications freezes for 1 min

I have updated drivers & have updated BIOS.

Boot order in BIOS
SATA CD: TSSTcorp CDDVDW SN-208BB
SATA HDD: SAMSUNG HN-M500MBB
USB CD
USB FDD
USB HDD
NETWORK

Also in Disk Mgt, for my HD there is no option for MBR or GPT , you can check in the snap http://oi46.tinypic.com/detf90.jpg

That means it is an MBR disk which is what I was looking for. I don't think UEFI is at issue here.

When you feel you've exhausted all of the steps given then I would proceed with the trace to get a definitive cause. Upload the results file to a server like Skydrive (free with each WIndows Live ID) and link it in the tutorial comments section to get expert analysis from the top expert in the field and author of the trace. Carl is cleaning up from the storm in NY so may take a few days to get back to you.

These are often set up to run after boot via Scheduled Tasks. Often considered bloatware anyway.

That's quite a collection, some of which I wouldn't use with w7. After uninstall, did you also run the removal tool that's often provided by the makers (ie, Norton Removal Tool). Make sure SpyBot's TeaTimer was also removed. SpyBot also adds a slew of entries into the HOSTS file; you might consider removing them as I've heard this has an impact (not really sure how much though as it's been years since I've used it, and when removing from other machines there's typically a lot more stuff that's getting removed along with it -- you can always make a copy of it first in case you want to restore, it works the same whether SpyBot is installed or not).

I'll take your assumption that you're malware free, but just because you had the above programs does not guarantee it.

I'm aware you've done some of the above. Did you consider the system restore or do the sfc /scannow?

Everything depends on RAM. It's a worthwhile test.

Is there a Samsung program onboard that allows you to change between the two graphics controllers? Check all of them in All Programs.

This reminds me that with the sketchy tools and methods you reported using, I would strongly consider making your Recovery Disks in order to wipe the HD with Diskpart Clean Command to Clean Reinstall - Factory OEM Windows 7. This is always a vastly superior install to the corrupting factory preinstall with it's larded on Bloatware and useless duplicate utiltiies. We specialize in helping with these here so will have your back every step of the way.

I want to see what inf files are around before you run any updates.
There is only one graphics adapter on your machine, but it thinks there are two.
edit: according to essenbe, some Samsung models do have two controllers. hmm, imagine that.

Hey F5ing, the problem is from last 40-50 days.
And regarding antivirus, I have installed it later to check whether I had virus or any malware.
I have done sfc/scan and it couldn't find any corrupt file.
I haven't done Restore as my Restore point is quite old.
