Group Policy Service Will Not Start

Win7 64 bit 6g ram amd platform- Fresh install about a month old. Starting getting a process didn't start message a couple days back. Found event ID 7000 and 7009. Both related to the group policy service. I can not even manually start the service. Set to automatic. EVERYTHING Is grayed out in service console. Can't do squat to is. Dependancies are active or available.

Please help. About to rage wipe this thing and I am so tired of doing that. For once I would love to actually fix what I broke so I won't do it again...

try to open a command prompt as an administrator then type the following command:

    net start gpsvc

check if the service will start, if not please post the whole event id error.
