Exactly which items can I delete from Start Up?

I'm not sure which items I can delete from Start UP. This is my Start Up.

Sorry about how this looks. I can't fix it.

My other question is what Services can I disable in System Services? There were so many disabled that I enabled them all & now I need to know what to disable.

Also in my System Specs here on this Forum how can I find cooling, case, PSU & Internet Speed?

Deleting items from the startup folder depends on what you may use. In theory, you could remove all of them without impacting Windows.

As for the services, that's something that you need to decide item by item. You've done it once already when you had enabled everything. Here's a link that could help you deciding the services that can be removed:

Third-party option is the Black Viper link Cr00zng supplied. The default settings are provided for the services in the list.

Microsoft supplied its own list of default settings.

As for the start-ups, it depends on what you use your pc for.

If you don't play internet games and/or use software that require Java, then you can uninstall Java and its updater. One down.

If you don't use the hot keys on your laptop to access your media, and use the media software interface instead, you could probably do without the persistent hot key cmd macro. Two down.

The rest depend on what you do with your pc.

No way! I got the link by digging into Windows 7 services panel. I should have read the first few lines of that linked page. I guess we're stuck with Black Viper's, which might be based on the old information as well.
