Cyberlink RichVideo Service question: Manual? Delayed Start?

Looking at my services [to see if there is anything I can kill] I came across Cyberlink RichVideo Service(CRVS) and it is set for an automatic start.

I researched it some, found out that it is for my CyberLink PowerDVD softare that came with my Blue-Ray burner...

The best I can find tells me that it is only a service I need when PowerDVD is running, [it keeps track of the Blue-Rays I have played, and necessary codecs] so I'm thinking about setting it to manual startup, or maybe delayed startup if it it needs to be running before PowerDVD runs...

Anybody have any experience with this service? Any comments/advice on settings?
