    Memory is decreasing

I recently started using this program and I kept on getting error messages saying I did not have any available space and before I installed the program I checked my available memory and I had about 32 gb when I went to check again I had 567 mb! Now before any of you say "That's the programs fault go to the forum for it" It is not just that one program it's any program that I use from google chrome to internet explorer to windows media player. Anyone know what could be the problem?

Try scanning your PC with AV or with chkdsk .

Install TreeSize Free - Quickly Scan Directory Sizes and Find Space Hogs

See where the disk space is being used. That may help understand what is causing it.

Are you talking about hard drive space in GB. or memory in GB?

Oh now I think I understand. I scanned it with the TreeSize scan and it pointed me towards a media cache. I'm not sure what that is or why it takes so much space but it took up 43 gb of space so I'm just going to delete it and see what happens.

Sounds like something to do with movies or online videos.

Yeah I was using adobe after effects so it explains that, but what I'm still wondering is why my other programs like google chrome and internet explorer is doing the same thing but not as drastically as after effects.
