    Yes I have run diagnostics and I have reinstalled windows and still have the problem.

    Hi Maverick,

    You need to post your dump files.

    Set for small memory dumps by following this tutorial:
    Dump Files - Configure Windows to Create on BSOD

    Then please post the dump files:

    Then someone maybe able to help you. Hope this helps

    Did you set it for Small memory dumps? As its not correct dump file

    Dump Files - Configure Windows to Create on BSOD


    You should have a file reading SF_09_01_2013, not a text file tho

    Yes it was already set from before I reinstalled windows - is that what it should be set to (small memory dumps?)

    Hi,

    Your files are text files, the dump file should be a "File Association Manager (.dmp)"

    Did the computer reboot after the crash or did you nuke it (i.e. Switch it off before reboot? As it needs to reboot itself to write the dump files.
