Hi Maverick,
If it helps, see the attachment, the file should look like the top one in the list. :)
And make sure in your configuration settings that you have Write an event to the system log and Automatically restart boxes checked.

The file I posted was exactly like that aprt from the file at the top of the list.
And thats the required file at the top :)
Follow this guide, after next crash:

Ah yes - just tried again and got 'no dump file' so will post after next crash - shouldn't be long!

Just had BSOD but ran diagnostics and iyt still says no dump file
These are my windows 7 settings for the dump
Three crashes in 5 mins and I realise theres no BSOD - it goes fuzzy and reboots.
Hi,
That looks fine, try:
Start - then type in Search box - cmd (at top of list) - right click - RUN AS ADMIN
Type: sfc /scannow
Then wait for next crash and lets see what happens. If no dump files after crash then it could pointing towards a hardware problem (which is possiblly why you cant get the dumpfile), and I will ask a member of the BSOD team to help you as this goes beyond my knowledge (for now :))
Cheers
Dave
